We are unable to do it for you, because we do not know enough details about your systems. ![]() so far we received several confirmations that updating to the actual version 5.3 solved the problem (this is actually the version we provide with Trombone 3)Ī kind request to all of you still experiencing the issue above, as well as the problems with Service Center (Library not seen): please write to NI support providing them exact steps to reproduce it, including the system facts and software versions. strange enough: NI was unable so far to reproduce this problem even on several systems Of course this file does not exist within our library. For some unknown reasons K5 loses the reference to the Info.nkx (to be more precise: "The Trombone 3.0_info.nkx") and starts to search for an nicnt file as if it were a Kontakt 5 library. Therefore we are still using the Info.nkx file inside the library, required by Kontakt 4 (the "nicnt file" replaced the info.nkx file in K5). ![]() We did our best to keep The Trombone 3 compatible with Kontakt 4, expecting that many of our users will appreciate it. the misterious "nicnt file" is the file belonging normally to Kontakt 5 libraries. This is what we found out so far, after thorough consulting with NI: It seems that Native Instruments has a Kontakt 5 compatibility problem.
